At each ESPHM edition, a Best Poster Award celebrates outstanding poster presentations. Authors submitting a poster can choose to take part in the competition, and the highest-quality posters are pre-selected by the Chairs of the International Scientific Committee during the review process. During the Symposium, a dedicated committee evaluates the shortlisted posters, and the winner—announced on Friday morning—receives free registration for the next ESPHM edition.
Abstract procedure key dates & information
- We gently remind authors that when submitting your abstract, you agree that the abstract and the corresponding poster/presentation, which you are going to show during ESPHM 2026, become subsequently available online at the organizers’ discretion.
- Both e-posters and PDF presentations will be available on the ESPHM virtual platform starting from May 13 2026. For this reason the authors with accepted abstracts are requested to provide the relevant PDF files within the date that will be communicated in due time.
- The online registration and payment settlement of the presenting author is required within the deadline, otherwise the abstract will not be published in the abstract book even if accepted.
- If you have requests regarding the registration process, please contact [email protected]
Presentation of the accepted abstracts
The presentation of the accepted abstracts will be decided by the International Scientific Committee.
- Oral Presentations, Flash Talks and Chaired Poster Presentations included in the Scientific Programme
- Posters will be presented as e-posters. All the registered participants will be able to access them during the Conference through e-posters stations or online through the ESPHM platform.
